Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess an MBA or post graduate qualifications in organisational psychology

We are looking for a research associate to conduct research and analysis and develop action plans related to HR consultancy.

Responsibilities: 

Assist Senior Guru in executing projects in the following areas:

  • Conduct all forms of qualitative and quantitative research including in-depth interviews, focus groups and observational techniques
  • Conduct all forms of qualitative research including design, sampling, data collection, data processing and analyses
  • Design in-depth interview guides, focus group guides and questionnaires
  • Analyse research findings and identify insights and recommendations
  • Assist in developing and presenting action plans based on research results and other available information

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or HR
  • Experience in designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research or data processing is preferred
  • Must be numerate with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and statistical software
