He partners with and advises senior management, Remuneration Committees and Board of private and public listed companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China to provide solutions around senior leaders and Board of Directors remunerations with emphasize on linking total rewards to company strategy and performance.
He has helmed various senior positions in companies such as at Korn Ferry, Hay Group, Raffles Holdings, ST Assembly Test Services and AT&T Microelectronics.
Kevin’s areas of expertise includes design of total compensation structure, short-term and long-term incentive plans, equity-based incentive plans, benefits design, top management pay design, share plan valuations, non-executive director compensation, severance package, retirement gratuity and performance management.
He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, Diploma in Training & Development Management and Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Singapore Institute of Management.
