Dr Tommy Ng Elected to Singapore Recreation Club Management Committee for Term 2026 to 2028
HR Guru is pleased to share that Dr Tommy Ng, Founder and Chief Guru of HR Guru Pte Ltd, has been elected to the Management Committee of the Singapore Recreation Club for the term 2026 to 2028.
Following his election, Dr Ng has also been appointed as Chairman of the Human Resource Sub-Committee for the same term.
The Singapore Recreation Club is one of Singapore’s oldest and most established members’ clubs. Founded in 1883, the Club has a long heritage and continues to play an important role in Singapore’s sporting, social, and recreational landscape.
Dr Ng’s appointment reflects his continued commitment to contributing his HR leadership experience beyond the corporate setting. As Chairman of the Human Resource Sub-Committee, he will support the Club’s people agenda, HR governance, staff engagement, and organisational development priorities.
This appointment is also aligned with HR Guru’s core belief that strong HR leadership plays a critical role in building sustainable organisations. Through his involvement with the Club, Dr Ng looks forward to contributing practical HR perspectives and supporting initiatives that strengthen the Club’s management and workplace culture.
