Parvin is a highly committed HR process specialist with more than 10 years of experience in Service, Manufacturing and Hospitality industries. She specialises in development of a full suit of competency-based solutions which includes competency-based frameworks which can be used to steer performance management, talent management and succession planning in the organization.
Parvin also develops job descriptions, training roadmaps and training programs in line with the frameworks designed.
An experienced trainer cum facilitator, Parvin has delivered numerous training programs relating to personal and team development in service professionals as well as leadership skills development for supervisory level. She has also been invited to conduct training sessions on service quality, customer relationship management as well as how to conduct OJT for operational level employees in service sector in Myanmar. As part of her personal believe to empower women, on the invitation of the Sri Lankan Embassy, she has also conducted motivational leadership talks to inspire leadership amongst middle-aged women in Sri Lanka.
Parvin holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts, majoring in Communication & Media Management with the University of South Australia as well as a Graduate Diploma in Business Management. She holds a certificate of employment Intermediaries (CEI – KAH) awarded by Ministry of Manpower and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), awarded by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) now known as Skills Future Singapore.
